FULL SAIL — DUFFY’S COUNTERPUNCH
SERVICES PROVIDED
omnichannel creative direction • graphic design • beer brewing • event planning • copywriting • project management
During my years as an employee-owner at Full Sail Brewing Company, nothing compares to brewing and releasing my own small batch beer. A feminist argument in beverage form, it was a deeply rich and hoppy Imperial Cascadian Dark Ale. Not only did I brew the beer in the brewery’s small batch experimental brew house, I designed the label, directed the photography, wrote the press release, and hosted the two launch events. One of those was held at Portland’s Hollywood Theater, where I was able to pair a movie of my choice with my beer, and present it to a sold out house. Duffy’s Counterpunch went along nicely with Thelma & Louise, and portions of the profits from the beer sales went to the now defunct, but ever-iconic, Bitch Media.
