Adelsheim Vineyard

Oregon’s Willamette Valley is brimming with excellent wineries, and Adelsheim, renowned for their outstanding, award-winning wines, helped pioneer the industry back in the 70s by bringing over Pinot Noir clones from France.

My illustrations have been used as a distinctive part of their brand in the last couple years, which has been so special. It began with illustrating the maps of their vineyards and has extended to illustrating icons that drive action on their site, designing print materials like packaging, brochures, tasting room menu suites, and advertisements, and much more. The illustrations drive home the concept of place, that these wines are special and different thanks to the unique locations in which the grapes were grown, and underscore the winery’s affiliation with artists and makers.

My vineyard illustration work has even been included in the website for NBA Portland Trail Blazer CJ McCollum’s wine, Heritage 91, that he produced in partnership with Adelsheim.
